I felt particularly inspired to continue composing, after presenting a successful program of my own music. The very next day, I began composing these little movements for clarinet, finishing the work a couple days later. In retrospect, this piece is about love: my love of music and musicians, my rejuvenated love of composing, and my love of the arts in general.
